Desktop download to Q problem
I keep getting this message when trying to download programmes on the SKY Go desktop app (Windows 10 ) "Remote Download Failed etc. Error code RD-0"

Are you trying to download from a Sky Q box or just within the app itself ?

This is when I use the sky go app on my desktop to give instructions to download a movie on my Sky Q box.If that helps.

Thank you for replying, Windows 10. Funnt thing is, is that my system used to work perfecly.

I have just uninstalled the skygo app and reinstalled it. The result is just the same. (Error message)

To see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:
