Deleting recordings

I tried to download a programme onto my iPad on the sky go app. However, it faltered and now won't let me watch it, or even give me the option of deleting it. Does anyone know how to get rid of it?

Deleting the app might shift the failed download so have you tried doing this then installing it again ?
