I constantly have this problem on both iPhone and iPad despite restarting app and devices, re downloading the app,. Have a strong wifi signal and problem only affects some channels (sports); Help!

Are you able to install the Sky Sports app and use this to watch the live channels as it might be a way around this issue.

No, still have same issue...has worked for years and now stopped!

So when you installed the Sky Sports app what error message did you see ?
