Hi,
I opted for Multiroom from day 1 with Sky but recently opted to remove it as the Mini Box didn't get much use. (Although the household does use the Sky Go app a lot).
I didn't realise at the time of the downgrade how restrictive the standard Sky Go was so a couple of days ago opted to upgrade to Extra. (As a Gold VIP I wasn't offered this free btw).
The upgrade has definitely kicked-in because I'm able to download episodes on my iPad. But what I've noticed is that none of our devices are connecting to the Sky Q box as they did before so the app only shows a reduced channel list. Have tried signing in/out, deleting/redownloading the app, and rebooting the box.
Is connection with the Sk6 Q box a Multiroom feature only or is something amiss here?

Thanks for the reply and the clarification. And sorry I kept referring to it as Multiroom rather than Multiscreen!
