Codex 14 error on acer Chromebook

[PROBLEM+WITH+SKY]

I have an Acer Chromebook it comes up with codex error 14 when I try and access some channels? Can someone send me a link/YOU TUBE link to solve the problem please?

where can you go to complain abouut this, i had a conversation with sky, reset everything, deleted and reinstalled apps, only to be  advised that she will pass it over to the back office team for investigation.

what is even more annoying is that currys are blissfully unaware that skygo does not work on chromebook,
