Code error 1410
Recieve 'Error code 1410' every time I load sky and try and watch something. @Greenfingers001
II have not amended anything to do with my sky subscription, however all of a sudden I am unable to watch all sky channels I have subscribed to. It worked last week and nothing has changed. The device is the same and has been registered. @Greenfingers001
I would appreciate a speedy response and for this to be fixed immediately if possible... as I am currently missing the North London Derby.

Re: Code error 1410
Is the app connected to your Sky Q box because if it is you need multscreen on your package to use it. If it isn't are you using the correct Sky ID to login to the app with ?
