What channel are you trying to watch, is it TNT and if so do you pay TNT or Sky for access to the channels ?

Just trying to watch GOLD on demand on my Xbox and iPad. And I get the same annoying error message. I have the full package that theses channels are included in.

And are you logged in with the correct ID, so not an old one if you l;eft Sky and returned after being away for 18 months or more ?
