Code 1304

Sky Go app suddenly stopped working a week ago and now it throws up a message that reads 

 

'Sky Goo unavailable right now. Please try late. Error code 1304'.

 

Can somebody please explain what this is as I cant watch anything. I am a fully paid up member of Sky TV and have has Sky Go for a few years until now.

Have you made any changes to your TV subscription recently like have you gone from Sky Q to Sky Glass or Stream ?
