Code 1304 in Ireland

So I just signed up for Sky Glass, the tv has not yet arrived but I figured I'd give the app a whirl. I downloaded the Sky Go app onto my windows laptop, when I attempt to watch something I get the error code 1304.

 

I googled this code and it seems to be due to a postcode not being included in my address. However when I go to my account and attempt to update my address to add my postcode, I get a something went wrong error.

 

I also tried going to this link but it just redirects to the sky home page skyid.sky.com/signin/skycomlinked

 

How can I resolve this?

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
