Channel 163 subscription error on sky go.

My tv package includes 163 now mysteryx and works fine on my tv. On sky go i get an error message stating i need to upgrade my subscription .  Can this be fixed ?

Unable to watch Mystery X on the sky go app. Subscription upgrade message keeps coming up but I can watch it on my television. Do I have to pay extra for this?

There is a fault with the channel so as it is still ongoing you can email Sky about it by using the email address in the post above yours.
