Cannot watsh Sky Sports on SkyGo

Hi all, has anyone else had a problem with Sky Sports on the SkyGo app? Says to watch I need to upgrade my subscription but I have Sky Sports??!

Hi @RKH6898 

If you are trying to watch content from your Q box you also need the monthly Q Multiscreen subscription

If the app is connected to your Sky Q box then try disabling it in the settings to see if you can then view the sports channels.
