I have set a pin on my Sky 'puck' and this works fine but if I try to watch the same program on Sky Go on my PC it requires a Pin. When I enter the pin I use on the puck I get a message telling me to set one up on my PC but all links and advice on the Sky site seem to point back to setting a pin up on a puck or Sky Glass etc. and NOT on how to do it on the PC with Sky Go.
When in my Sky account (My Sky) I only seem to have the option to change the PC (device) name. Nothing appears regarding the Pin or parental security.
Many thanks, that sorted my problem for me. So grateful. However, it would have been nice to have found the answer easily on Sky's own help pages or to have got help from their IA assistant. They should be paying you and the others that problem shoot their system for free. I'd never have found that page without your help.
