Cannot download to mobile

On my sky go app, its now starting to say "it looks like you havnt setup a device pin for sky go. please visit sky.com/devicepin and log in to your account, youll be watching sky in no time."

I cannot find this part of the site, there is nothing about setting up a pin.  Ive been using sky go for years, with no problem.  the device section doesnt show anything about a pin.

Unable to add print screen.  But I get "technical error, it's us not you" when I go that page

In that case you will have to call or use the social media links at the bottom of the page to contact Sky to ask them to set this for you.
