Cannot access my downloads on skygo
I download a basketball game (downloaded from recordings on skybox) and 3 films onto my iPad Pro to watch while travelling/on holiday - when I tried to watch any of the items I download on my flight I get the following message;
‘sorry something went wrong’ there is a problem connecting with the sky go app. Please try again later)
despite doing. a hard close of the app and IPad the issue presits and I am still unable to watch any of the content download. Even since arriving at holiday location and having a wifi connect the error msg is still accruing.
