Cannot access SkyGo as app thinks I’m abroad when I’m not

When trying to access Sky Go a messages comes up denying access as it thinks  we're outside UK when we're not

Are you at your home and connected to your Wifi connection, if so try a reboot of your broadband router ?

We have tried that and deleting app before reinstalling .... thanks for your help

Thanks to all. The fault lay with BT - hadn't reset everything after doing repairs ...
