Can’t watch sky go

Can't watch sky go on my iPad keeps telling me screen recording is not supported on this app please disable to continue. Tried everything but still can't find out how

Have you checked this setting, via the Ipad itself and not Sky Go:

 

Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions and ensure Screen Recording is not allowed.
