Hi, I'm experiencing the same issue today now too. Been able to watch Sky Go on my PS4 for 4+ years and all of a sudden it's saying I can't use Sky Go on this device? I haven't changed any subscriptions either.
I called the helpline and maybe I just got unlucky but the advisor I spoke with had no idea what the cause was or how to resolve it, so I just gave up with that call.
Any ideas? Very frustrating to not be able to use the app on the PlayStation all of a sudden.

Same with me, had it for years and no issues and then the terms changed. To fix it (for me) I need to add an extra package (Sky Go Extra) that enabled me to continue watching on my PS4. I rang up around 3 or 4 times to get it sorted. I had the same experience, they are unaware of what is needed to fix it. They recommended restarting the devices and they sent through an update and was told to wait 24 / 48 hours (still didn't work). The remedy that worked was adding the New package that enables the Sky Go to work on PS4. Ask to add Sky Go Extra to your bill if it's not on there already. Yes they'll want you to pay the £5 per month extra. If you get someone who doesn't know, ask to take it further and you'll be passed on to someone who should be able to fix it. That's what worked for me. I hope you both get it sorted too. Or anyone else who reads this 😎

This has just happened to me, I have a sky go extra subscription as well, it works on other devices, just My PS4 that's not working!

Im also having this issue. The only issue I might have that is different. I did may. However, I still had my sky broadband until August. I then re-contracted to sky TV in July, so I had a continuation of my Sky platinum subscription.
Could this up affected my sky, go extra subscription?

Not sure what you mean by this but in any case whatever you did it will have had no affect on Sky go Extra.

If you didn't cancel anything on your TV package then again it should not have had any affect on Sky Go Extra.

I am having the same problem! I tried to sign it in on my PlayStation 5 as well and that didn't work either! When I checked the July sky bill Sky Go extra was gone! I've had it for years as a sky vip bonus but its now gone!

I've literally just discovered this now, I wanted to watch something on Sky Go Extra and it told me to sign back in when I did I got the message! I checked June bill sky go extra was there and July its gone!
