Recently received a new Android box to use on a spare tv in the study and having downloaded the Sky Go and logging in with my account credentials I'm receiving a fault code [-20190005].

How can I resolve this please?

The Sky Go app will not work on anything but a console, tablet, PC or Mac so this might explain why you are seeing that error message.
