This appears to be an old issue. I get the because of a technical issue I can't watch this channel

I used to have a Sky account years ago and until recently a NowTV account. I'm now on Sky streaming. So maybe it's an issue with my account I need this solving asap . Any help gratefully received

Since returning to Sky @KeithPev have you setup a new Sky ID and password to login to the app with as you old one will have been closed.
