Can’t connect

Trying to connect mobile to sky go to my sky box keeps saying you are having technical difficulties at this time

What device are you trying to install the app on ?

if a mobile have you tried both doing this on both WiFi and mobile data ?

Internet went down a couple of days ago. All ok now with the exception of the sky box, we can't connect it to the router. We have tried rebooting the box and router several times, no luck
