Box not working
Hi, my box is not working as it's not showing any picture on the to screen and no voice either. Kindly please fix my issue.

@Aqeela1 You've posted on the Sky Go board which is a Mobile and PC app not a box .
Which box are you referring to: Sky+HD, Sky Q or Sky Stream.
Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
