Hi all,
I have been watchig my recordings on my laptop for weeks now, but a couple of days ago it stopped working. I go to recordings and the screen is blank blue.
I have uninstalled amd reinstalled, restarted laptop, no joy. I can watch live TV, but not what I have recorded. There are now issues with the Sky Q box or router, or laptop. Done all the usual checks.
Any suggestions please?
