BBC Channels were visible on my Sky Go TV Guide yesterday, but have disappeared now. This is happening both on my computer And my mobile. How can I get them back?

Have you selected "Record to Sky box" at the top of the TV Guide ?

No, as I don't want to record, I just want to watch live TV.

Is the app still connected to your Sky Q box ?

Do you still have multiscreen on your account ?

Can you see your recordings via the Sky Go app ?
