App won't open: Problem connecting your application 001

When I open the sky go app on my macbook it won't open and says 'We're having problems connecting you. Please try again. (001)'.

My wifi is running fine and live on other devices which are working as normal. Have a sky account so that can't be the issue either. Any ideas?

Could there be something on your Mac blocking it like a firewall ?
