Already subscribed to Sky Sports but unable to view
I cannot access or watch Sky Sports online.
"You need to be a Sky Sports or Sky HD subscriber to view this content".
It asks me to upgrade my account, when I already have Sky Sports AND Sky UHD.

Are you a new customer to Sky or a returning one and if the later have you been away for 12 months or more ?

If you're free and at home you can try the following , go into Settings on the main sky box then System info , you're looking for viewing card number and setup on the right side of it. Press on the select button to trigger it , so it can refresh your card and pair it.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
