Adding sky go extra

Hello

I'm trying to add sky go extra onto my account so I can stream through a console. FAQs say that I can add for an extra £5 per month but I can't see any way of actually doing it using the mysky app. Used the virtual assistant which shared a link. Unfortunately it only opened the app again and didn't show anything regarding adding sky go extra.

Any advice or just how I can get hold of sky to have it added!

You will need to call Sky to get it added so try saying nothing when asked any questions by the bot as hopefully you should then get through to someone.
