sky go on windows 11

When will sky fix this issue with sky go not working on Windows 11 I hear update due in April bit fed up not being kept waiting and not being able to use it (very expensive!!)

Have you tried uninstalling the program using Revo Uninstaller free? This will run the default Uninstaller then allow you to scan for & remove leftover files.

Then you can clean install Sky Go.

Thanks, sorry it didn't work. Out of curiosity did you choose safe, Normal or Advanced when you scanned for leftovers? If safe or normal then perhaps Advanced is needed.

Still trying to get Sky Go to work on my laptop as of 20th May. I've tried all the "fixes" I can find online, including Cisco deletion, switching off firewall, changing browser, changing video package, and I've lost track of the number of times I've reinstalled both the regular and trial version of the app. 
Since I almost exclusively watch F1 on my app while I'm away at weekends it is virtually impossible on my phone to see anything. My subscription will be discontinued at the end of the month if @sky haven't fixed the problem! I'm not paying for Sky Sports when I can't use it!

I agree I, ve been doing the same since February when I first raised the issue with sky. Their lack of response  and professionalism is appalling This is sky's problem to fix, not fee paying customers like ourselves
