wont work. It says connected to broadband
Hi just got new internet with ee and now my sky glass tv won't connect to the Internet. It says connection to broadband router is OK. but connection to Internet has a cross on it

Hi @Chris1100
Try resetting your network connection in settings as described here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-glass-no-internet-connection-osm
Once reset turn your TV/Puck off at the mains for 5 minutes, power back on and join your device to your EE router.
One thing to also check is that you haven't paused internet connectivity to the devices or group etc in the EE app / WiFi controls.

Had same issue today. What I did was
Connected TV to my phone with mobile and Bluetooth tethering
Software started to update
After update and couple restarts and remote pairing TV connected to main broadband automatically.
