sky glass software error

hi all, 

my skyglass is stack on software error message. first the issue started when it was downloading update which failed to update and got it stack there, then second message appeared whichis software error, despite trying all the 8 steps, reset, reboot, wifi connection, ethernet cable connection,  nothing is working for me. I have tried speaking to sky for help,  they keep saying try the reboot / reset process..

hi there,

somone has responded to my query after escalation.  unfortunately, when I open to read the reply  it says I do not have access to the page. I am worried that after 48 hours with no action from me, I ll lose the help we need.. can someone help on this
