Re: netflix on another tv
Hi, Netflix has changed its policy on sharing its format, you cannot share your Netflix account with either another household or device, as the basic package is for one device only, the only way to get Netflix on another device is to upgrade to the next package for 2 devices, so which ever device you watched your Netflix on when you purchased it that is the default device,

Re: netflix on another tv
@Philip3653 that's not quite right.
the Netflix membership plan determines the number of screens you can watch at the same time, but it does not restrict the number of devices you can associate with your account. If you want to watch on a new or different device, just sign in to Netflix on that device.
@spreader what error do you get when trying to login on another device.

Re: netflix on another tv
So yeah that sounds like an issue with your bedroom TV rather than anything else like the internet isn't working on it. Do other apps work on it? Perhaps trying turning it off at the plug and see if that helps.
alao worth checking if there are pending software or apps updates on your bedroom tv that needs to be upgraded.
