itvx freezing

after watching one or two programmes my sky glass  comes up with message " oops something went wrong. " the only way to get itvx back is to cut power off and restart. i can go to another app no problem but every B ---- day it does the same only with itvx, 

is it glass problem or itvx problem ?

A Glass problem. I have no issues with ITVX on tvOS on my Apple TV boxes or FireTV on my Firesticks.

It's Sky, there was a major issue not only a month ago with itvx which appeared resolved but yes there is another issue!

I've noticed once again itvx programs are not turning up in continue watching - again!

There are still some lipsync issues

I tried to watch Van De Valk but the sound stuttered, reported this on another post to no response.

I've given up with apps now using Apple TV only.
