error message 3031 deep link programme

4 app not working when I access it via continue watching, but does work when I access it from apps and inputs!

Welcome to the forum @Julez1.

There seems to be a problem with the C4 App as a number of people are complaining they cannot watch episodes 11 & 12 of Junior Master Chef.
