On paper, yes, but in practise it's really impossible to tell with any certainty. Every household is different, every broadband connection is different. Stream pucks and Glass TVs require as fast and stable a connection as possible. The Glass TV on ethernet should be fine with UHD but a Stream puck upstairs would need a very stable WiFi connection in order to maintain a reliable UHD stream.
The only way to know if it'll work well enough for you is to try it.
