Glass is freezing

My sky glass is freezing all the time and also certain channels is saying cant play on this device. Really frslustrated as this is not yhe first time and the new router was supposed to have fixed this. Give me my.money back on.my monthly subscription as sky is down more than I watch it.

@jackreggie You are not contacting Sky by psting here, tnothing will happen on the back of your post, no one at Sky will knwo who you are.

 

You will need to contact them if you're having wifi related issues as you may need  abooster.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Welcome to the forum 

2 things what speed  is  your broadband  to the hub/  router? How is the tv  puck connected to the Internet.  An ethernet cable is more stable than WiFi 

Also sky  recommend  a minimum  of  25mps to watch hd channels and 35mps to watch uhd channels ,  you  can  see  what  speed  your  tv/ puck  is  getting  by  opening the  Netflix app go  to help  opening that  and  running  check my network. Also the  more devices  that  you  have  connected  to  the  Internet  the  weaker  the  signal  is  to  each one  and things  like if you  live in an old house with brick interior walls  this can effect your wifi signal  to. You may need a booster for your wifi signal
