I have a new sky glass air and an Xbox series x. On certain games when trying to load them I select the game then the screen goes black then eventually comes up with hdmi connection error. Some games work fine. Had no issues with my old TV. Tried reboot. New hdmi. Strange how some games play ok some not at all.
Is it possibly trying to output certain games at a frame rate that Glass cannot deal with?

Re: Xbox sky glass compatibility issues
As @BenJoBanjo indicates, while the Series X can output 120Hz a Glass Air (like the rest of the Glass family) only does 60Hz at most: for this reason they aren't ideal for serious gaming.

Though you can play some games, Sky TVs are really designed for them @coggy79
