Wrong address
I called sky customer service last week explaining that I have moved address and that my new property doesnt allow me to have a sky dish up and that I want to cancel my services as I was paying for something I cant use. She then gave me a new deal with sky glass saying it wouldn't require a dish and just WiFi. I than gave confirmation of my new address for my new sky glass to be delivered to tommorow and I have just got a confirmation that my sky glass is going to my old address where no one lives!!!!!

You'd better ring Sky then.
If there's no one at your old address then the delivery company will probably take the TV back and you'll have to reorder once the return has been processed.
Also, it's worth making sure that Sky Glass is actually what you want and need. Don't feel pressured into buying it just because it sounded cheaper than what you were paying on Sky Q. It's an entirely different type of service, embedded in a pretty basic TV. You may be better off asking for a Stream puck instead. Either way, you'll need to make sure you have fast and stable enough broadband in your new home for it to function. Did the salesperson check this with you before letting you order it?
