Wont load anything on Sky!!

Whenever we try and watch anything thats not Live it takes ages to load programme, blank screen, then Sorry we are having technical problems with this loading this programme please try again later. This is anything, any channel. I have tried switching off at the wall, also restarted my broadband as well. Still nothing loads.

Hi @AmyAlG how do you have the Glass conneccted to the internet, via Wifi or ethernet cable? Who is your ISP and what download speed are you getting to your property?
