Why is sky streaming so **bleep**?

I am having so much trouble with my sky glass using Sky streaming. 

you pay lots of money  and the quality is so bad. The audio doesn't sync and you try to want the F1 and there is yet another "technical fault" the the sky system says its

fine.

really **bleep** off with this thing.

Thanks for advice but nope don't work. 

doing hard reboot but that is now stuck in choosing a new pin.

Sky support fixed it, once you get through the  stupid AI

i have a technical support call slotted for tonight, so hopefully get this all sorted later
