What’s wrong with the tv

Hiya we got a new sky stream pick yesterday but it keeps turning off or it freezes

That could be due to the strength of the internet connection it is getting. The first thing to check is to Open Netflix on the puck, go to Get Help -> Check Your Network and run the diagnostic. This will tell you the download speed the puck is getting at the point you ran the test.
