What do I do with old sky TV ??

What do I do with old sky TV ?? I want to upgrade to sky glass air and have paid of my old sky TV, Does that mean I have to keep the old one too ? I do t want to ?!

Sell it, give it away or scrap it.

They don't command high second-hand prices though, and are difficult to transport.

Sky also say they will accept Glass sets at their shops for recycling (although I'd imagine the staff won't be delighted ; )

Depending on which model of Glass TV you have, the Sky Glass Air may not necessarily be an upgrade. It uses different technology to both the original Sky Glass and the Sky Glass gen2 TV. 

The Air is cheaper for a reason - it only has global dimming instead of local dimming. It also has no soundbar so sounds a lot worse. 

If you want to dispose of your current Glass TV then eBay is always flooded with them (currently 170+ of them on there, some as cheap as £50) so you may be better advertising it locally on Facebook Marketplace or similar. 

Alternatively, maybe try donating it to a local charity.
