Watch from start isn't available in the same way as other channels. It should open BBC iPlayer. With other content it is possible that a broadcaster has the rights for live broadband but not catch up or on demand.
The best course of action would be to email sky's viewer relations team ([email protected]) who will investigate and feedback as we are fellow customers here on the community.
