Watch from Start - technical fault
Over the last week been trying to watch from Start on bbc1 & itv, it says there's a technical fault & unable to load the program, going to the relevant app works fine
I'm on VM, the hub is next to my Glass 2, speed checked via Netflix is 89.78Mbps connected with Ethernet
Anyone else had this issue recently?

Re: Watch from Start - technical fault
Hi @Steve93 I haven't noticed any problems on ITVX recently but BBC iPlayer is definitely have some watch from start issues. When I select WFS I am taken to the iPlayer home screen rather than the start of the programme. I have found that if I try it again it will work.
It started a couple of days ago. I have tried the usual reboot and refresh Apps but they haven't helped.
EDIT - I see it is working correctly on my setup this morning so maybe it has been fixed 🤞

I spoke too soon. I missed the beginning of the BBC1 news so used the watch from start and it did the same thing as I mentioned above. Again it worked fine on the second try..

Re: Watch from Start - technical fault
Wanted to WFS Bidding Room, flicked onto bbc1, 3 minutes after it started,, wasn't on the WFS banner & there was no WFS when I pressed the select button, this was on my Glass 2, went into the kitchen to try the Stream Box, both WFS options were available
I wonder when trying WFS on the Glass tv & the program had just started it had to set itself up, ie put it on the WFS list so to speak
