Waiting for the program to load

Can't watch any channel, message appears "waiting for program to load" or there is a technical fault" 

can only watch through apps.

Netflix has to be restarted, won't load or play first time it's selected.

Try either pulling the plug for a few minutes or go to settings - system management - restarts & updates - restart
