Tv will switch off for no reason

Tv will switch off anytime, if its on for 5 mins or 5 hrs so I have to switch off at mains and wait a few secs and start again. No good if you're in the middle of watching something good.

That's not the expected behaviour .... you could potentially have a faulty unit
