Tv stutters/jutters

Been happening more and more but when watching the tv mainly live tv it jumps continuously and jitters which is very off putting. I have tested the internet connection and it's 800mbs so that shouldn't be an issue.

any help??

I've also experienced this and posted here yesterday, the fault cleared later in the day but interesting to read another user with the same issue.
