Tv screen blank

The hdmi lead is working I can see the home screen and everything when I press play on a programme the screen goes blank and can't watch nothing

I have the same problem yet sky say it's not the PUk, I've completed every test at least 3 times today and now no TV yet they demand payment, dream on back to Starlink
