Tv not working

Had broadband and sky installed on 21st by 2 men They left without checking tv Hardly any channels that are normal The rest have secure interference Also can't get onto Netflix as saying it doesnt recognise email

Which tv pack do you have? With the Essentials tv pack you won't have access to most of the Sky channels. You can activate Netflix Using Netflix | Sky Help | Sky.com | Sky Help | Sky.com
