Tv keeps going black

Keeps going black then no sound and then programs reloading but don't have tried restart and it works for a while then goes off again

Same here. Mine is less than 6 weeks old. It appears that they are absolutely rubbish. 

If you complain, they will only send you a second-hand refurbished one. Criminal.
