Firstly check you internet connections are stable, is the tv operating over WiFi or Ethernet? The WiFi needs to be stable or you will have issues.
Also, turn the TV off at the mains and leave it a minute or so to clear any glitches then power back up and hopefully your problem will be resolved.
Make sure your WiFi is set up correctly and clearly follow any on screen instructions.
