Tv delays

Every time I switch on my sky glass tv it says please wait and I have to reconnect using the home button as advised on the screen. Also anytime I change apps etc it says please wait and takes about 15 seconds for app to appear

Same with me and my pucks despite solid connections. I believe it to be a "feature".  I just accept it as a stage in powering up now and no longer notice, it always connects so I'm not over concerned.

Yep, "Please wait" is displayed about as much as the Sky logo on the menu. 

Pretty annoying, which seems to be getting more frequent.

Yes, it's nothing to do with connection issues in my case it is definitely a software problem.  It needs resolving as many users will be frustrated and perhaps confused what to do,. Advice given here is always a connectivity issue and do this, do that, and as a course of action steps should be followed but it isn't always the case and it harms the reliability of Glass /Stream I think which is a shame.

Seems to be a newish issue as I have experienced this today. Pressing the home button seems to get the homescreen back
